Simulating radar conical/monopulse scan

I am using Phased Array Toolbox for radar simulation, I am using custom antenna for scanning of targets. I am able to do a simple radar scan using this antenna. As toolbox don't provide support for rotating antenna, I am using the relative angles as an input to step function to find the azimuth and elevation of target. For simulating monopulse scan, I need to be able to rotate beam on beam axis, I don't know how to do this in the toolbox. I will be using polarization matrix also.
