exporting complex data

Hello.. I have one question.. how to export complex data from .mat file to .txt file.. I hv used the fprintf function... however the function doesnt support the complex data i.e the entries of matrix in txt file are only real number .. tq

Hi,
try this:
a = rand(10) + rand(10)*i;
dlmwrite('text.txt',a)
Or if you want a whitespace instead of a comma do
dlmwrite('text.txt',a,'delimiter',' ')
