Hi @Logaprabhavathy

This technique is usually called Background Subtraction.

For video, kindly refer to the following OpenCV example in MATLAB:

https://www.mathworks.com/help/vision/ug/subtract-image-background-using-opencv-code-in-matlab.html

For single frame, you need to use MATLAB “imsubtract” function.
