Clustering performance and validation

Hello, I've applied some clustering algorithms such as kmeans,som, and..etc over a different data sets. I want to evaluate the clustering performance for every algorithm by applying one of the validation index such as DB,CG,or I index. Can any one help me to do that by MATLAB code? thanks

@ Anand hello, can we use this index for fuzzy c means like we use it for K means ? is there performance indexes for fuzzy c means in matlab ? thanks
