I realized that there was a function called (thresh_tool) in previous versions , Apparently we do not have this function now, is it true?? how can use some command that work same as this function??

I don't remember that one. But you can use my interactive thresholding tool in my File Exchange: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/?term=authorid%3A31862
