error in setup of java class path!!

although reading and followed through the instruction given on http://www.mathworks.in/help/matlab/matlab_external/bringing-java-classes-and-methods-into-matlab-workspace.html here
i certainly not able to figure out the problem.
I am using dynamic class path loading' using javaaddpath();
then follows i am bit confused how to import that class and use it.
