No solution found using fsolve

My fsolve function is

    F=[e11*(x(1)-Vwt)+e12*(x(2)-p)*10^6-(qf-qs)*dt;...
        e21*(x(1)-Vwt)+e22*(x(2)-p)*10^6-(Q+qf*hf-qs*hs)*dt;...
        e32*(x(2)-p)+e33*(x(3)-ar)-(Q-ar*hc*qdc)*dt;...
        e42*(x(2)-p)*10^6+e43*(x(3)-ar)+e44*(x(4)-Vsd)-(Ps*(Vsd0-Vsd)/Td)*dt-((hf-hw)/hc)*dt];
