Can a matlab application automatically execute follows the change of the input in a txt. file

Dear all,

I am trying to make a program by MATLAB, which receives the input from a txt file. The data in this txt file may change at an uncertain moment. My application have show the result if there is a change of this txt file. Normally, I have to click a button to refresh the program, then the program receives a new input and compares it with previous input and then execute. How ever, I have to click the button every time. Is there any way allows the application automatically execute when the txt file changes? Thank you so much.
