how to train a bottleneck neural network with code

I have created bottleneck network using makebottle.m from matlab help .Please help us to train this network using backpropagation technique

1. What Toolbox is makebottle in?

2. The traditional definition of a bottleneck network is a regression network (e.g., the obsolete newfit or the current fitnet) with
a. node topology: I-H-O = I-H-I
b. training data: target = input
c. bottleneck geometry: H << I
