Compiled GUI Executable working except for printing of plot. Plot printing routine works when run in MATLAB.

I am using MATLAB 2012a to run a filter plotting routine. The specifics of the routine are company-confidential and ITAR-restricted. However, I can say that the program does work when compiled except for the "Print Plot" and "Print Window" menu commands.
When I run the plotting routine within MATLAB, I am able to print the plot by itself (Print Plot) and the entire GUI window (Print Window). When I compiled the program, all commands and plotting routines work exactly the same as MATLAB except for these printing commands. The key provisions within the program are shown:

I added the manual PaperPositionMode per some postings I saw previous to this.
I would like to know if there is something incompatible with the print command when compiling MATLAB Code.

Please try 'deployprint' instead of 'print' command and see if this fixes your problem.
