Interfacing webcamera using matlab

i have a web camera which is facing a yellow wall.
i want a code in which when i start the camera it should save all the frames which are different than yellow.

Once you have the frame, you have the job of figuring out exactly what "yellow" means. For example you might be doing quality control on a conveyer, wanting to allow the yellow lemons to pass, but rejecting the lemons that are still green. Or perhaps the camera is a security camera that is required to record security badges, but must not record yellow security badges because those are used to signal clandestine visits that are "off the record".
