same image sowing different features

I am working on Tumor selection,I am extracting GLCM feature,i have image below
In this am segmented the selected region,I have done this twice,i.e used a for loop for two times and extracted features ,i get same image for 2 iterations but features are entirely different wen i summed them up it goes to aroung 220,y i get like this,it should be near to 0, kindly help
the code i used for GLCM is
GLCM2 = graycomatrix(seg_image,'Offset',[2 0;0 2]);
out= GLCM_Features1(GLCM2,0)
I used all 17 features

the rightmost is my image here i have attached it again,the code is legth long consists of 4 function programs,if u want i will attach as zip file
