calculate the features of an acoustic signal

Hello guys, I actually wanted to calculate the time-domain principle features of an acoustic signal; like amplitude, energy, rise time and count(no. of times that the signal cross a predefined threshold). I attached a sample that might be helpful. the values are times in microsecond versus amplitude in volt. I would be really thankful to you if you could help me about this.
