Initialization commands cannot be evaluated error

Hi, I took the 'Performance of Three PSS for Interarea Oscillations' simulink model. I have disabled the link for 'Delta w PSS' block and modified (removed some connections and added new blocks) it according to my usage for 3 PSSs in that model. Now when I simulate I am getting an error "Initialization commands cannot be evaluated" on this 'Delta w PSS'block.

What should I do to solve this problem?

When I was trying to remove links (after clicking disable link too), I got errors saying 'Attempt to modify a link. You can disable it now and restore it later' giving options disable link or cancel. After this I thought that I should 'resolve link'. In resolve link, I tried 'push all' and clikc ok. But error appeard showing other PSS blocks will conflict this.

Is it necessary to resolve link to solve this error?
