Create 3D mask from alphavol mesh

Greetings,
I have managed to create triangulation using the alphavol function in Fileexchange. However I need guide on how to convert the result from alphavol to a binary mask of 0 and 1 for the triagulated mesh, with value 1 for voxels of the mesh.
