Exporting a plane from CFtool

Hey All, I am trying to export a 3D plane that I have produced with data from excel. Can anybody tell me how I might go about exporting the plane into a program such as ArcGIS? Many thanks! P.s I am new to Matlab so if we could talk English and not computer that would be helpful :D

Doesn’t say anything in the ArcGIS website about interoperability with MATLAB. If you have the Mapping Toolbox there might be some common formats. Look through the documentation for both. (I don’t have either and so have no experience with them.)
