Neural network shape reconstruction

Hello sir, I am doing shape recognition using ANN. As an output, instead of classification as which shape is it , I want the reconstructed shape as an output. I am explaining in little detail:

I have acquired some image matrices from my active radar experiment. These are of different shapes say rectangle, circle... These are some less readible raw images. I want use ann to get the actual image of my target. Can i i/p this raw images as an i/p to nn and and actual size images as targets to train the network. later on, can this network be used for some other i/p raw images (of same shapes) to reconstruct the actual image.

I will highly appreciate your help.
