How to convert this matrix to a cell array?

Hi,
I'm now doing a research using MARLAB. I tried to convert a matrix 6x1400(double) to a cell array 1x1400(cell). It means that one cell includes six values.
but I dont't know how to solve this problem.
please, let me know that.
