Simulink v.8 compilation operation

Hello,
I have a problem with Simulink v.8 of matlab R2012b. Everytime a model is simulated, the model is being compiled and built before the simulation starts and it takes too much time. Compilation time is almost longer than the simulation runtime. Since I am performing iterated simulations, it becomes a time comsuming operation. How can I cancel this compilation or is there an other idea?
Thanks..

There are a couple of reasons why models compile new. What is your setting for "simulation mode"? (Accelerator, Rapid Accelerator, etc). "Iterated Simulations" sound like you would change something in the model that needs Simulink to compile anew. Is this just a parameter or more? Depending on the information, there are different options to speed up the whole application.

My simulation mode is "normal". I perform the simulation several times by changing the initial states and inputs of the model each time. Sometimes I also need to change the variables inside the model. In earlier versions there was no built before simulations. what is the use of it?

Let me think of what could contribute. Stateflow charts?
Consider contacting Technical Support and send them your model. That seems more effective.
Thank you but Downgrading matlab is a more useful method I think.
