Call Multiple callback on an event

Hello, How can I execute two instructions on a single event when I'm touching RFID Card only one instruction is executing below the code shown, please tell me that how can i excute bote operation on a single event.
s.BytesAvailableFcn = {@(src, evt) set(handles.rfid,'string',fgetl(s)), ... @(src, evt) fastinsert(conn, 'RFID_DATA.dbo.RFID_FINAL',col,{fgetl(s)})};
