create feature vector for some features

hello i have some features such mean,area and etc of image for each person.how create a feature vector for each one( inclouding name of person and his features)?

What have you done so far? Do you have the measurements yet? If so, just string them together
featureVector = [theMean, area, perimeter, stdDev];
or something like that.
