How do I add install matlab in another computer?

I understand we can install our matlab license in 2 computers. I've only installed it in one and now I would like to install it in my new computer. When I do so, I get license manager error -9, but when I got to the manage my license tab, I don't see an option to add another computer.

There may be technical limitations, but also from the license agreement. You cannot install MATLAB on multiple computers for all license types.
Example from this article: "- You have a Designated Computer license, and the license is already in use by another user (R2008a and higher)"
