I would like to know as to which three colors are easy to track. Red, Green and Blue?

Any color that has good contrast with respect to the background.

Thanks! what is the threshold value for blue , green and red ? I am using white board markers for tracking

Use the Color Thresholder app on the Apps tab of the tool ribbon to find out what thresholds will be good for your images.
