I don't know what that means. What is a 3D map of a 2D color image?

it's mean x,y,z cord 3d space

for be simple i take this image from azus xpro camera then make segmentation using Em algorithm , So i want to represent each object with his 3D in one map

I still don't know what that means. What does your "z" coordinate represent? The color channel (red, green, or blue)? Or is it some kind of range image where Z is the distance from the lens?

yehap right the (z) mean the distance betwene camera and object it's a plot3 or sccater3

So what do you want? Why not just use surf() or something on the Z image?
