error when connect ip camera with matlab

hi every body ....i used ip camera with matlab and used this code to connect ip camera with matlab
% url=('http://192.168.0.20/dms.jpg?');
url=('http://192.168.0.20/dms?nowprofileid=1&0.1082518683298691');
ss = imread(url);
fh = image(ss);
while(1)
ss = imread(url);
set(fh,'CData',ss);
drawnow;
end
but this code can not connected ip camera with matlab ....can you help me
