next button problem

hi,ı am new at matlab and ı have matlabr07 so;ı had tried to install but after ı entered the serial and pressed the next button.but;there is no action.what a problem could be occured?thanks..

Hi,
I would suggest to contact the Install Support:
http://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us/
So this should be option 2 and after that option 1. They will help you to get your MATLAB running.
