You can modify the ‘ReturnedColorSpace’ property of your videoinput object to ‘rgb’. Refer to this link for more information on how to do the above modification. Although this specifically talks about the ‘yuy2’ to ‘rgb’ conversion, the comments suggest that this will work for ‘yuy’ to ‘rgb’ conversion too.
