i have been using image acquisition toolbox in which my videoformat is in yuy and i want to be in rgb how can i do that ?

You can modify the ‘ReturnedColorSpace’ property of your videoinput object to ‘rgb’. Refer to this link for more information on how to do the above modification. Although this specifically talks about the ‘yuy2’ to ‘rgb’ conversion, the comments suggest that this will work for ‘yuy’ to ‘rgb’ conversion too.
