how can use optimization without using optimization tool box from the matlab simulink

i want to optimized the model which caLculate the total power consumption in residence. i want to use the optimization but i don't have the access to the matlab optimization tool box. can anyone tell me how to do that. thank you!

Some solvers are part of MATLAB and don't need the optimization toolbox:

You'll have to buy the Optimization Toolbox or code them up yourself.
