Problem while installing PRT in Matlab2014a

1. I have download from "http://www.mathworks.in/matlabcentral/fileexchange/46392-pattern-recognition-toolbox" from Github get the folder "newfolder-PRT-9bd671c" 2. Unzip and rename folder to "prt" 3. Copy prt folder to "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2014a\bin"
I could not find the startup.m file so Write into the C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2014a\toolbox\local\startupsav.m file
addpath C:\Users\theUser\Documents\MATLAB\prt prtPath; And then open matlab command window >prtDoc Error: Undefined function or variable 'prtDoc'.
