Does the lqed2 builtin function exist in Matlab 2013b?

Hi, I am using an external toolbox, the SMI toolbox. One function of this toolbox calls the builtin function 'lqed2'. Now the program can not find this function and tells me to install the LQG box (which means I have to install the System Control Toolbos as far as I have understood). However the strange fact is that the toolbox is already installed and that if I type 'help lqed2' I get the instructions on how to use the function. I searched on the Internet but I could not find anything about this function.

No such function exists in Control System Toolbox in R2013b.
