Customizing the Model Advisor

Hello,
I'm using Matlab 2008a. I want to customize the Model Advisor with some new checks and folders. I already added a new folder in the Model Advisor tree and now I want to add new checks.
My question is: how can I add new checks defined by me without adding new tasks?(ModelAdvisor.Group doesn't have an addCheck method).
If is not possible, I have to create a new task for each check?
PS:I sow in Matlab 2011a that is possible to add checks, even with "Drag&Drop" from "By Task" or "By product" folder.
