SIMULINK Overruns caused by MATLAB Function Block

Hello everybody!
I am currently facing problems with overruns when running the code generated and compiled model. Here is my setup at short:
-Tsample = 0.05s with overruns up to 30.000us -System target file: ert_linux.tlc -Disabled responsivness and memory integrity
I have a SIMULINK model which graps an image from a webcam (through a C s function block) and then performs an algorithmn on this picture which is implemented in a MATLAB function block. It seems to me that those MATLAB function blocks are causing overruns. Does anybody has experience where i could optimize my code? Are there any recommended settings?
