The error you are seeing is due to a connectivity issue to esd.mathworks.com. One of the best steps is to disable your anti-virus however the connectivity issue could be out of your hands if you are using a non-personal device or using a university network for internet.
One test you can try is to open Command Prompt and then enter the following command:
Please check the ping statistics and the Packets area. If there are any that are lost, then there is a connection issue that exists on the device or network.
If this is a personal device, I would recommend trying to download or install on a different network such as a home one. Otherwise I would recommend you look into your device's firewall settings to see if it is blocking external connections.
If this is a university or organization provided device, or you are unable to switch networks, I would recommend you reach out to your internal IT help teams to see if they can help allowing the connection through.
If there are still problems even after troubleshooting, I recommend you go through the Offline Installation Method with a License Administrator as this will circumvent the need to reach out to any of our servers during installation.
