Python library quality control is high risk. Why people prefer to use it (except they write the library by themselves) for high grade jobs like data science instead of Matlab library?

There are many reasons to use either Matlab or Python. Several of which can be found on other pages.
If this aspect is of paramount importance to you, then the choice is clear. Other people might have different priorities, resulting in different choices.
