Split matrix in 15 submatrices

I have a 22515x1122 Matrix and would like to split it into 15 Submatrices (in cells) of the size 1501 x 1122. So the row number 22515 should be divided by 15 giving you the 1501 and column number stays the same. What is the easiest way to do this?

Don't try to make variables with numbers in the name like A1, A2, ... A15. Use mat2cell instead.
