Reading timecode data from MP4 videos

I am importing footage from a bunch of Gopro 9 Black cameras, which are GPS-timecode enabled using the GoproLabs software. This means each camera takes footage whose timestamps are synchronized to the GPS clock. I've done preliminary tests to show that the cameras' footage is synchronized to within a frame or two at 60FPS.
I would like to access the timecode information for each frame.
Any help shall be appreciated.
