i installed MATLAB Support Package for Raspberry Pi Hardware in MATLAB 2018b, but couldn't detecting the raspberry pi3 modelB+, what's is isssue and how can i solve it?

Which type of network connection did you choose in the earlier steps? IS it WiFi, LAN, Direct connection etc?
It is possible that Pi has booted up properly. You can try using ping command from your Windows terminal to get the IP address of the pi using its hostname. For eg: ping raspberrypi-fPmuchfhZva
