how to align two similar stl models (one is deformed and other is undeformed) so that I can measure distance between deformed and non deformed nodes?

I have two stl files, imported from synopsys simpleware. one stl file is modeled from nondeformed geometry and other stl file is modeled from deformed geometry. I want to align this two stl files onto each other so that I could measure displacement of nodes from non deformed to defromed one.
