I am looking for a logic to range of value from -1 to +1 including 0 where data should look like
-1-2-3...-32 : +32+31..1
Example snippet
x = [-1:-1:-32:32:1:1]
x = 1×3
-1 0 1
Note : No Loops involed

Split into two sequences:
x = [-1:-1:-32,32:-1:1];
