finding the nearest numbers

hi. I attached a mat file.it has 3 column.
the first column is t and the second is x and the third is y.
I want to find the nearest numbers in t column to 0.1 and 0.2 and 0.3 and 0.4 until length(t)
maybe there will be 2 or 3 or more numbers of t which are near to 0.1 or 0.2 ,... I want one number
I attached an image that shows what I want.
then I want to choose the row which t is nearest to 0.1 0.2 0.3 and ...

I'm not sure how the image illustrates what you want in terms of one number of several nearest numbers.
