MATLAB app unable to find or open specified path for toolbox

I am currently working on a MATLAB app that connects and communicates with an arduino. When I try and run the packaged, installed version I get the error below. If I run the code in App Designer without being packaged or installed it works fine and is able to connect to the arduino.
Unable to find or open 'C:\Users\Brad May\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB Add-Ons\Apps\ConditionedAvoidance - 1\ProgramData\MATLAB\SupportPackages\R2021a\toolbox\matlab\hardware\supportpackages\sharedarduino\+arduino
Check the path and filename permissions

Hi Louis Swaby,
It appears you are encountering difficulties in the packaging process of the application developed using MATLAB App Designer. The error message you have encountered suggests an inability of the application to locate certain required support packages. This issue typically emerges when there is an oversight in declaring all the dependencies during the application packaging phase. While packaging, it is required to list all the necessary files and products required to run the application.
You can refer to the following documentation to know more about packaging applications:
