Can we Edit RINEX Files using Matlab?

Hi,
I have GPS data in RINEX files. My goal is to study the variations in position by changing the values of Ephemeris. I have already varied Ephemeris data in matlab and the plot is showing variation in position. However, I want to know plot the data on google earth and see the position difference.
The problem is, I have more than 5k epocs in my data and changing the values manually is almost an impossible task. Is there any way to alter the data using Matlab?

Hi Imtiaz,
While editing RINEX files isn't currently supported directly in MATLAB, You may try a third party tool gfzrnx: A tool for editing RINEX file headers and data.
