Delay block doesn´t work

Hello everyone,
I must use a delay in my simulink program and it doesn´t work properly. The signal after the delay doesn´t have the same shape of the input signal. Also the time specified in the delay block is not satisfied. I attach a simplified system of what I should use where you can see that it does not work.

Try fixed-step size or fixed max step size, but i agree, bad modeling
