Hi,
I want to lable my x-axis with a string from a excle cell. My problem is that in that specific cell are more then one strings. So e.g. in my cell 'A14' is "house, garden, dog", all seperated with a comma and I just want to have the string "garden" to lable my x-axis.
hope you can help me

@Benedikt Friedl - take the cell data which is the comma-separated string and then use split to split the string at the commas:
myString = 'house,garden,dog';
splitStringArray = split(myString, ',');
xLabel = splitStringArray{2}
