Unfortunately you did not show us the value locl(1) and you did not show us the code used to assign to locl(1) . All we can say is that whatever value locl(1) is, it is greater than 77.

I was morally convinced that there was an error message about the limit being 77, but when I look again I was mistaken. Your point that locl might be empty is a good one.
