Add data tips to polyshape plots?

Is it possible to add data tips to polyshape plots? The documentation (https://fr.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/matlab.graphics.primitive.polygon-properties.html) says that DataTipTemplate is a property of polygon plots, but I'm not able to access it.

Check the documentation for R2020b (and thank you for including that information).
The current online documentation — the documentation linked to — is for R2021b.

“DataTipTemplate” property applies only to polygons with pinned data tips. Datatips can be pinned using datatip function. Here is example for creating Custom Data Tips.
