Problem with Orthogonal polynomials

Hello! From the list of orthogonal polynomials, I want to have for each n the polynomial has the degree n, I mean the Hermite polynomials, Legendre...MFun function can be set for a family and a given n, I don't know if there is a trick to do it or they must be programmed in Matlab.
