mclmcrrt77.dll error

I write a GUI Program and I compile it with mcc command
I deploy to other user (it means other PC) so ... first I did install MCRINSTALLER and execute the GUI program.
but it doesn't worked, with error message , like "Can't find mclmcrrt77.dll" .. error msg is same before & after install the 'MCRInstaller.exe'
I don't know..why..
Anyone help me plz..
I wanna know why & how to handle it..
p.s. Env : windows7 32 bit & matlab 2007b version

Did you restart your computer ? See also this post : mclmcrrt77.dll missing after installing Windows 7?
