how to read excel dat from simulink

I have some linguistic values of 4026*62 rows and column and want to pass these values into fuzzy logic controller..I have those values in excel sheet.can anyone tell how to proceed please ,I am new to simulink environment.

Thankyou sir .i have variables of 4026*62 rows and column of linguistic variables i.e(A,H,L)three variables,Now i want to process these data in fuzzy toolbox ..does anyone know how to process,I am new to simulink
